Caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. They’re the familiar, rich and warming notes of Rum you can expect when enjoying ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit. The full strength Rum undergoes a process called “Supercritical CO2 Extraction”, a technology in which carbon dioxide, extracts the alcohol at 73 bars and 30°C. The extraction is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the natural profile of the Rum. The de-alcoholized Rum base is then enriched with vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple that all together create the lush, complex flavor of a classic spiced Rum. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we know from our spirits.
