There's lots of online stores you can choose from so why us?
This is a micro business (it's just me, Cristina, running this whole operation!) so you'll be supporting the little guys - a woman founded, Latinx, Queer business.
You also don't have to worry about sorting out alcoholic drinks 'cause it's all dry here. Shipping is available nationwide wherever laws allow, and I try to have a large selection of imported brews that can't be easily (or cheaply) accessed in the U.S. Also bonus - you can buy your drinks as singles, so no need to commit to a whole six pack of something you're not sure you're going to like. So have a look around, see if there's anything you like, and let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or emotional outbursts.
Need some musical inspiration for the tough days? Refraining from alcohol is so damn rewarding, but it's no walk in the park. Some days are much harder than others, and on those days we may need just a little extra motivation. Check out the Spotify playlist we put together with our Instagram followers HERE
I was really into podcasts when I first got sober. The hosts became the community I desperately needed but didn't fully have access to at the time. Nowadays I don't tend to listen to too many, (I have a hard time staying focused) but I do still have a few favorites. "Sober Boozers Club" by Ben Gibbs is one of them. I def recommend checking it out if you have an hour or so to spare. Check it out HERE
You ever wonder if there was a non-alcoholic bottle shop or bar near you? Going on vacation and want to see what options are available? Looking for a full comprehensive list of just about every NA option on the market broken down by drink category? Then look no further than Laura Silverman's "Zero Proof Nation" website and Instagram account! Take a look HERE
If you're more of a beer person like i am, than you'll want to check out Reducaholic's website! Here Tyler has kept track of the NA scene and hosts the largest map of breweries in the US who make their own NA Beer. Here you can also read through their blog and learn how NA beer is made, what new beers are on the market, who's collaborating, etc. You can visit the site HERE and start planning your NA Brewery roadtrip (which sounds amazing)
I had no idea what it was going to be like opening a fully non-alcoholic bottle shop in Chicago, a city built on the backs of bars. The only thing I knew for sure was that if I needed a sober social space to thrive in - then others did too.
