people reach out to me all the time because they're interested in opening their own non-alcoholic bottle shop or bar, and they want to know what it's like and if it's worth it. my answer will usually depend on my mood, how the past month of sales has been, and if my AuDHD brain can manage processing an actual conversation. 

I had no idea what it was going to be like opening a fully non-alcoholic bottle shop in Chicago, a city built on the backs of bars. The only thing I knew for sure was that if I needed a sober social space to thrive in - then others did too.
